This Privacy Policy explains how Ilinskii Ilia PR, registered as Ilia Ilinskii PR Novi Sad ("we", "our", or "the app") collects, uses, and safeguards your information when you use the Rephrase macOS application and related services.

2. Information We Collect

  • Account Information: Email address and profile name (via Supabase).
  • Usage Data: Prompt history (input/output) to provide the history feature.
  • Technical Data: Your credentials are stored locally in your macOS Keychain. We use HTTPS encryption for all network communications.
  • Payment Data: Payments are processed by Paddle (our Merchant of Record). We do not store credit card details. Paddle provides us with transaction confirmation and billing metadata.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following processors to provide our service:

  • Anthropic & OpenAI: For AI prompt processing and voice transcription.
  • Supabase: For secure authentication and cloud data storage (with Row-Level Security).
  • Paddle: For payment processing and tax compliance (Merchant of Record).

4. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

If you are in the EU, we process data based on:

  • Performance of a Contract: To provide the AI services you signed up for.
  • Legitimate Interest: To improve our app and ensure security.
  • Legal Obligation: For tax reporting (via Paddle).

5. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

We do not "sell" your personal information. California residents have the right to request access to data, deletion, and to opt-out of automated processing.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

We store your prompt history as long as your account is active. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time through the app settings or by contacting support@oshn-ai.com.
