1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Rephrase, you agree to these terms provided by Ilinskii Ilia PR (registered as Ilia Ilinskii PR Novi Sad). If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The Service

Rephrase is a macOS application that uses AI to enhance text prompts. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for personal or professional use.

3. Merchant of Record (Paddle)

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Your relationship for payment-related matters is with Paddle.com.

4. Credits and Billing

  • Credit System: Free accounts start with 10 credits. Subscriptions provide monthly allowances.
  • No Rollover: Credits do not roll over between billing periods.
  • Refunds: As we use a credit-based AI system, refunds are generally handled by Paddle and us on a case-by-case basis, subject to usage.
  • Price Changes: We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days' notice.

5. User Responsibilities

  • Age: You must be at least 13 years old.
  • Security: You are responsible for your account security.
  • Acceptable Use: You may not use the service for illegal purposes, to generate harmful content, or to attempt to reverse engineer the application.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Your Content: You retain all rights to your input text. Generated outputs are yours to use commercially.
  • Our Property: The Rephrase software, code, UI, and branding are the exclusive property of Ilinskii Ilia PR (Ilia Ilinskii PR Novi Sad).

7. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "AS IS". To the maximum extent permitted by law (including Serbian and US consumer laws), we shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Novi Sad, Serbia, unless local consumer protection laws (like in the EU) require otherwise.
